5I heard about this mask everywhere I went, in salon my hairdresser recommend it to me, found it in many beauty magazines, everywhere on blogs this product was mentioned and lastly Audrey Hepburn herself used to use Philip Kingsley Elasticizer mask, so for me it was a big must to try this product. I have to say I love it, for me it did miracles to my damaged hair. I can definitely see after about 4 uses of this mask my hair is starting to come alive looking very shiny and silky. I love the packaging and you don't need that much of this product to be used on hair so it will definitely last you for quite some time. I would definitely recommend this product to everyone.

Excellent
5I love this stuff! Started using Philip kingsley elasticizer 4 weeks ago with moisture balance shampoo & conditiner and its has saved my hair. I had dyed black hair and wanted to go back to chocolate brown but instead my hairdresser put bleach thought my hair and left it for about and hour (not a 10 minute bleach bath to lighten a few shades as i have since been told should have happened) and my hair started to snap due to dryness. The elastizer saved my hair.

5I loved what this pre treatment mask did - my very thin hair looked very clean and not weighed down and at the same time soft to the touch and without tangles. Loving it!

disappointed
1I bought it after seeing a ton of great reviews on this cult product. My hair is rather thin with constant split ends (with no heat or colour treatment and regular haircuts) and I was hoping this mask would help. The texture for me is too light, the product does not seem to go a long way and it made no difference to my hair.

EFFECTIVE !
4I am just finishing my 1st pot and have another in reserve as cannot afford to run out of it. I only wish I had discovered this years ago as I could have saved several feet of hair. I have waist length hair that is very fine and very colour treated - so as you can imagine it is full time job looking after it. I grow it longer than it really want's to so the ends need help. I now use this every wash - I am finding though that my hair still breaks whilst brushing between washes (hence 4 stars not 5) but really this not the fault of the product. It is important to follow the instructions ie: apply to wet hair - I leave it on overnight when possible - and after nearly one pot it is gradually repairing my hair, when I have used it my hair does NOT break through the following drying & brushing process.

Amazing Product
5This product is so good I cannot rave about it enough. I leave it in my hair overnight and wash it out in the morning. My highlighted hair was extremely dry had absolutely no shine but after using this, my hair looks like I've just stepped out of a salon. I didn't even know my hair had the ability to be this shiny and bouncy. I love love love this product - a must highlighted blondes everywhere.
