good product,at the biginning the smell is too strong,but after shower it s smell beautyful,pacefull..i can t say that improve my sleep but the esentials oils are soo good for my skin and feel smoth.

as someone who works odd hours and constantly battles jet lag, this is a lovely unwind and can be used in shower or bath. Relax and let the aroma of this lovely product lull you into falling asleep. I use this when away from home with jet lag and it is my luxury treat to aid restful sleep.
