It smells strongly of lavender and not coconut. Leaves the hair stiff rather than soft when it sets.

Good stuff!
Another Dr. Bronner product I've fallen in love with. The smell isn't too overwhelming and it leaves my hair soft and nourished. You only need a tiny but so this crème will last forever.
