Review of Becca The Ultimate Mascara Black Black
I had very high expectations for this and I am a bit disappointed. I wanted a 'tubing' mascara (the ones you remove with warm water and a bit of pressure). I find that this mascara does come off with water, but not all of it, I do have to use an eye makeup remover afterwards. Otherwise it's fine, nothing amazing but does the job.
