bareMinerals Ready to Go Complexion Perfection Palette R230

This is a very handy thing! The products are superb for creating a natural look and the colors are amazing. The only thing that stops me from giving 5/5 is that I miss a blush in this palette and the concealer is not the best for the eye-area. Otherwise, I'll be taking this baby everywhere I go this summer :)

I've always been very happy with the Ready SPF20 foundation (the R230 is exactly my skin tone, the lady at the bareMinerals counter literally couldn't believe it) and It's the only foundation my skin can cope with in London, everything else breaks me out. This is great because i can have my favorite foundation together the bronzer and luminizer which are of perfect shades, not too shimmery in a very sweet zip pouch (you can actually fit a small eyeliner and mascara in there too). I'm really lazy with my makeup routine and hate having to open a million different things and having to hunt around my bedroom floor for my concealer so everything in the same place suits me perfectly. That said, the powder will get smudged on the inside of the case as it's fabric, and like most makeup sets, the brushes are fairly useless. I would recommend trying out the foundation first, since most powders settle on different types of skin differently. With my dry, acneish skin, I love how it doesn't clog my pores, gives good coverage and just glides smoothly on my skin and a little really goes a long way, with the bronzer too. With most other foundations by the end of the day i can't wait to go home and get it off my face, however this feels really light and moisture retaining for as long as I'm wearing it. However some of my friends with more oily skin can't wear it because it just doesn't blend well in their skin- it's weird, I'm not really sure why. oooh and the luminizer is so lovely and gives such a nice spring/ summer glow!

Fantastic set, I love Bare Minerals and this set does not disappoint and does exactly the same as the full sized products. A great starter pack, ideal for holidays or daily carry in your handbag for touch up during the day (although if you use Prime Time you won't need to touch up). If you have never tried BM products, then you do not know what you are missing. The make up is so pure you can sleep in it. I have dreadful rosacea (or used to) Bare Minerals has played a major part in reducing the redness to a bare minimum, superb! Don't dilly dally, get yourself one today, you won't regret it.

I just got them today and it was love at first sight! The bag that they come in, is super thin and easy to carry. I love the little brushes. They do an excellent job. The products inside are amazing!!! its the first time i use bare minerals, i thought i would take this set to start using them. i loved each one of them! the make up, the bronzer, the highlighter!!
