Directions of Use:

Add one capful to your full bath (approx. 20 capfuls per bottle)
Alternatively, apply to your body before showering (approximately 20 baths)
Ideal for use on a plane (place a number of drops on a tissue)
Can be applied directly over your chest (avoid sensitive areas) for inhalation at night
