Perversion is the new black!

I bought this eyeliner whilst in America, and used it once (at a wedding) before I lost it! I went on to lookfantastic.com the next day to replace it immediately because it is the best eyeliner I have ever used. It is so pigmented and smooth - it is ideal for lining the water line. It can be a little soft for on the actual eyelid so use sparingly! It won't budge all day! Fab!
