Directions for use:
- Store in a cool dry place between 8°C and 25°C away from heat and direct sunlight
- For adults and children over 12 years old
- Use mouthwash twice a day after brushing for optimal results
- Rinse the mouth well for 30 seconds between the teeth and spit it out
- Do not swallow
- After rinsing, wait 30 minutes before eating or drinking

Very nice mouthwash
Teeth feel very clean after using. Have just bought an airfllosser and plan to use this mouthwash in it to help remove the plaque between teeth. Would recommend the mouthwash and will definetly purchase again.

It was huge, and I put in on my desk in my office. So far so good. It was a little bit strong for me though.
